(All published by Greenwood Press); author of "Public Relations: Up to Par," published in Nonprofit Management Case collection, University of San Francisco; contributing editor for Press Woman magazine special editions on writing and on journalism education. Articles published in more than 25 major newspapers and magazines. Currently updating dissertation research on the writing coach movement.
