New staff member in Technology Services – Sami Klobucista In August 2019, Sami Klobucista joined the Technology Services department as Technical Assistant. Sami is a 2018 WPU graduate and was a prior Student Manager for IT’s User Services student Technology Assistant program. After graduation, he worked for Bergen Community College as an IT Technical Support Specialist. Sami’s vast experience that he has acquired over the years will allow him to further develop the services that the Technology Services department provides to the University. In his new role as a Technical Assistant, Sami will be working with the various components of the telecommunication system, campus event technology requirements, and various database management systems as well as working closely with the Enterprise Network and Systems Services team.
