New staff member in User Services - Stacey McCaffery In May 2019, Stacey McCaffery started a full-time position with User Services after having worked in a part-time position for the two years prior. Stacey works primarily in College Hall but provides technical support to the entire campus community. She generally assists our students and employees over the phone and uses remote assistance tools to resolve issues as quick as possible. Stacey graduated from William Paterson University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s in Music Performance and Rutgers University in 2015 with a Master’s in Music Performance. She is currently studying Spanish and hopes to become fluent someday. Stacey finds that her positive approach and creativity eases the technology-induced stress that can be felt by the individuals she assists. November 18, 2019
