New Walk-Up Help Desk Established in the Cheng Library At the beginning of the fall 2019 semester, Information Technology established a walk-up Help Desk location in the Cheng Library. Located in the Instruction and Research Technology suite in Library 120, the Help Desk counter is staffed by User Services staff and members of the Student Technology Assistant program. The addition of this location provides a convenient, central location for students, faculty, and staff to visit for assistance with their WP technology-related concerns. Technical support is available at this location from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturdays, and 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Sundays.
