Qualtrics QR Code for Event Attendance Are you hosting an in-person event? Do you need a quick and easy way to take attendance? Rather than have a sign-in sheet at the door, consider using Qualtrics with the QR code feature. All members of the William Paterson community have access to create surveys in Qualtrics. To create the attendance survey, create a new project with the questions you'd like to ask such as name, email address, contact number, etc. Once your project is ready, click on the distribution tab and then select QR code. Once the QR code has been generated, download it and place it on a flyer or a PowerPoint that you may be showing at the event. Attendees will sign in by using their mobile devices to scan the QR code. Collected data will be stored online in Qualtrics and can be downloaded and shared with others.
