Out-of-State Tuition Waivers

In-State Tuition Rates Are Now Available for Out-of-State/International Students

Qualified out-of-state and international students can now pay our affordable in-state rate for tuition and fees. This will save New York State residents, Pennsylvania residents, and others living outside New Jersey approximately $9,000 per year ($4,500 per semester) for undergraduates, and about $400 per credit for graduate students (please note: the waiver is not available for doctoral programs.)
