The professors at WP are really supportive of my academic dreams. My advisor invited me to a conference where I got to connect one-on-one with respected researchers from around the nation. One professor told me about an internship opportunity and wrote me a recommendation letter. Another professor submitted my paper to the New Jersey Women’s and Gender Studies Consortium and I ended up winning “The Emerging Scholar” award! I am very grateful for these opportunities.

William Paterson University has prepared me for both graduate school and the real world.
