William Paterson University to Host Collage! 2017, a Concert Featuring Music Faculty and Students, on March 3

William Paterson University’s Music Department will showcase the musical talent of its faculty and students, from jazz to pop to classical, at Collage! 2017, a gala concert event on Friday, March 3, at 7:30 p.m. in the Shea Center for Performing Arts on the University’s campus in Wayne.

This concert will include performances by the University’s distinguished music faculty and nearly 100 student musicians in a performance that will provide a snapshot of the entire William Paterson University music program. The evening will include the William Paterson Brass Quintet and Wind Ensemble under the direction of Professor J. Craig Davis, a flute ensemble directed by Professor Karen Demsey, choral groups conducted by choral activities director Lauren Fowler-Calisto, the William Paterson University jazz orchestra under the direction of Professor David Demsey and the William Paterson University Symphony under the baton of Dr. Sandra Dackow.

Collage! 2017 is a benefit concert for William Paterson University Music Department’s endowed music scholarship fund.
