William Paterson University Faculty To Hold Teach-In On Wednesday, April 12

--Event will focus on President Donald Trump’s first 100 days

William Paterson University faculty from four academic departments will hold a campus-wide teach-in for students on Wednesday, April 12, 2017.  The event is designed to provide students with information and analysis on a variety of current issues, including fake news, immigration, Syria, and more.  The event will be held in the University Commons, Rooms 171A and 171B.  Admission is free.

“Teach-In on Issues:  Immigration, Russia, White Populism, Syria and Global Affairs” will be held from 2 to 3:15 p.m.  Faculty participating include Jonathan Bone, assistant professor of history; Fanny Lauby, assistant professor of political science; John Mason, professor of political science; Balmurli Natrajan, associate professor of anthropology; Ryan Rebe, assistant professor of political science; Steve Shalom, professor of political science; and Danielle Wallace, assistant professor of Africana world studies.

The event is sponsored by the William Paterson University Department of Political Science, Graduate Forum for Critical Policy; and American Democracy Project.
