President Kathleen Waldron and President Sayed Elsayed

William Paterson University and the American College of Dubai signed a memorandum of understanding to strengthen the relationship between the two institutions and share interests in similar academic, scientific and professional goals.

“This agreement will benefit both institutions,” says Warren Sandmann, provost and senior vice president for academic affairs. “Students from the American College of Dubai will have access to programs here at William Paterson, and their presence will enhance the education of our current students.”

Through this agreement, the two institutions will work to develop dual degree programs, allowing students from the American College of Dubai to earn undergraduate and graduate degrees from William Paterson. Initial programs will focus on computer science and business.

Kathleen Waldron, president, William Paterson University, and Sayed Elsayed, president/CEO of American College of Dubai, signed the memorandum of understanding on November 1, 2017.
