The Brit Pack

The Brit Pack, one of the most authentic British invasion bands in the United States, will present a virtual concert filled with British classics as part of William Paterson University’s WP Presents! series on Saturday, October 17, 2020 at 8 p.m. The concert was filmed live in Shea Center on campus for broadcast online.

Formed in 2011 by British session musicians based in New York City, The Brit Pack take their audience on a journey through a dynamic blend of British classics known and loved by all, including tunes by The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Queen, David Bowie, Elton John, The Who, Oasis, Radiohead, The Police, Amy Winehouse and many more. Featuring Matt Nakoa (vocals, guitar, keys), Mark Johnson (guitar, vocals), Bryan Percivall (bass), and Will Haywood Smith (drums), members of the band have performed with artists such as Paul McCartney, Elton John, Britney Spears, Chet Faker, Tom Rush and Mark Hudson, among many others. They have performed for company events at Google and YouTube and arranged music for major television events like the Oscars.
