William Paterson University Presents Asian Cultural Celebration from March 22 to April 7, 2022


William Paterson University presents an Asian Cultural Celebration from Tuesday, March 22 to Thursday, April 7, 2022. The series celebrates the vibrant and diverse culture and history of Asian Americans through presentations, workshops and performances. 

Events are sponsored by a committee comprised of student clubs, organizations, and academic and administrative departments to recognize the current and historical contributions of Asian and Pacific peoples in the United States and its associated territories.

Events include:

Tuesday, March 22

  • Opening Celebration – Performances and Asian fusion food, 12:30 p.m.to 2 p.m., followed by Holi Festival Performance on Zanfino Plaza at 2 p.m.

Wednesday, March 23

  • "What Asia Means to Me," student panel, 2 to 3 p.m.
