Professional Sales, Undergraduate Cetificate

Students who earn a Professional Sales Certificate will be able to demonstrate an understanding of strategic negotiation factors and methods; utilize interpersonal communication skills for conflict resolution, relationship building and competitive bargaining; and use selling skills to develop revenue opportunities.
