Responsible Management, Undergraduate Certificate

Undergraduate students who earn a Responsible Management Certificate will be able to: articulate their own values and show how they would affect morally ambiguous business decisions, especially those that relate to sustainability; apply the principles of People, Planet, Profits; demonstrate knowledge of professional ethical codes of conduct; evaluate global dimensions of sustainability, including corporate malfeasance in poor nations, differential labor and environmental standards; utilize innovation and creativity as a means to build new sustainable entities.

While this certificate can be earned by students in any major, all courses in this certificate can be used as part of the management major; three courses in the certificate can be used in any other business major.
