As a Health Coach, Health Educator, and Wellness Coordinator, Tiffany strives to enhance the lives and wellbeing of multiple populations. Tiffany worked as an Exercise Physiologist in geriatrics for eight years and corporate health and wellness for 10 years. She offers an extensive background in health education, employee worksite wellness, community outreach, administration, leadership, disease prevention, rehabilitation, program implementation, and disease management.

She received specialized training in health coaching, smoking cessation, motivational interviewing, behavior change, positive psychology, brain neuroplasticity restructure, geriatric health. Additional training includes cardiac and post-rehabilitation, arthritis exercise, and Alzheimer’s as well as Dementia training through the NCCDP. Her client’s range from school aged children to senior citizens with special health considerations such as Diabetes, Parkinson’s disease, Obesity, Heart disease, Autism, and Arthritis.

For eight years, as an Exercise Physiologist at Cedar Crest Retirement Communities, Tiffany led the campus “Employee Wellness Committee” consisting of the wellness staff, clinical dietitian, and nurse practitioner. Tiffany coordinated over 15 successful health and wellness services such as Lunch N Learn lectures, employee weight loss challenges, health fairs, and walking challenges significantly improving the health status of the campus community. She conducted specialized group fitness classes and specialized personal training programs for clients from 63 to 100 years of age. Tiffany also developed a Post-Rehab program to progress residents released from rehabilitation to enhance recovery for over 2,000 older adults.

As a Health Educator of Atlantic Health Care system for the past 3 years, Tiffany collaborates with nurses, community partners, and local community groups to address the social determinates of health in order to improve health outcomes, reduce health risks, increase health literacy, and improve access to care. In 2019, the Most Valuable Patient (MVP) program, developed by Tiffany and her collogue, was created to reduce Emergency room utilization. The MVP program was later selected and featured in Atlantic Health’s Research Day and ACHI conference, the Association of Community Health Improvement.

Currently, Tiffany works for Virgin Pulse, a global health and wellness company, where she aims to change and build a culture of health within RWJ Barnabas Healthcare system to meet the organization's corporate health management goals. She encourages employees at all levels to better manage their health and wellness needs by providing integrative health services such as onsite health coaching, online wellness webinars, health education events and promotion tables, onsite body composition screenings, exercise classes, lifestyle modification and stress management programs for over 44,000 staff members.

Outside of professional setting, Tiffany worked under the Montclair Health Department and NJ Office of Minority and Multicultural Health. Additionally, Tiffany hosted fitness classes, health education, and wellness seminars to multiple church organizations, the Girl Scouts of America, the YMCA of Paterson, and Juvenile Justice Commission of NJ.

As an educator and mentor, Tiffany has served as guest speaker at William Paterson University Department of Kinesiology and Rutgers’s Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition Department. Tiffany provided upcoming graduates informative information and tools about the job market, opportunities, and steps to obtain the ideal profession in the health and wellness sector.

Throughout the past 10 years, Tiffany has been recognized for her work and achievements. She received Cedar Crest Inspirational Healthy Woman of the Year, the County Crime and Prevention Officers Association: Certificate of Appreciation, the American Red Cross: 5-year Volunteer Recognition Award, and NJ State Legislature- Senate & General Assembly: Mentorship Recognition Award.

Tiffany believes in empowering individuals by awakening and enhancing their desires to place their health first in order to live a life with the best quality possible. Each day is a new opportunity that you have to positively influence the life of another in order to influence a long-term change. Tiffany greatly looks forward to supporting all individuals on their journey to health, wellness and balance!
