    Venta de Bienes y Servicios al Gobierno FederalIntroducción a los conceptos básicos de los contratos federales para las pequeñas empresas, Recursos de contratación, metas principales de contratación, programa de reserva y fuente unica,  registración de la empresa en  el sistema de administración de contratos (SAM), promoción de bienes y servicios,  identificación de tendencias de contratación en el gobierno federal y las oportunidades potenciales, oportunidades de contratación de la GSA para la compra de bienes y servicios, redes profesionales, beneficios, asistencia técnica de adquisiciones. **** Este entrenamiento es aconsejable para toda persona o empresario que quiera emprender negocios con el gobierno federal.

     -        Programas de Certificación y Categorías Socio-Económicas:  : Reservas para las pequeñas empresas, certificaciones de programas federales (auto-certificación y forma), requisitos y objetivos, criterios de elegibilidad, beneficios,  programa 8(a) de desarrollo empresarial, programa de zonas comerciales históricamente sub-utilizadas ( HUBzone), programa federal de contratación con empresas propiedad de mujeres (WOSB & EDWOSB), pequeñas empresas propiedad de veteranos descapacitados en el servicio militar ( SDSBO).

     -         Programa Federal de Contratos con Pequeñas Empresas Propiedad de Mujeres (WOSB): Requisitos de elegibilidad, WOSB programa certificación ,  Auto certificación , Certificación de tercera parte, pasos para participar en el federal WOSB  contratación, reservas para este tipo de programa, beneficios,  asistencia tecnica de adquisiciones.

     -        Programa 8(a) de Desarrollo Empresarial: reservas para las pequeñas empresas, tipo de certificacion, requisitos y objetivos, elegibilidad para la desventaja social , elegibilidad para la desventaja económica,  elegibilidad del propietario, control de elegibilidad, criterios adicionales de elegibilidad. ****Es requerido que la empresa tenga mas de dos años en servicio para participar en este programa.

     -       Programa de Zonas Comerciales Históricamente Sub-Utilizadas ( HUBZone): Reservas para las pequeñas empresas, tipo de certificación, requisitos y objetivos,  cómo funciona el Programa HUBZone, beneficios del Programa HUBZone, la elegibilidad para HUBZone, herramientas adicionales, el mantenimiento de la certificación HUBZone, recertificacions, cambios substanciales.

  • NJ Division of Revenue & Taxation Small Business Tax Workshop

    Division Personnel will explain proper procedures for collecting and remitting various New Jersey taxes. A focal point of each workshop is the sales tax responsibilities of small businesses including the description of taxable and exempt sales and services.  Discussions will also highlight different types of business ownership and the tax consequences of each one.  Registration is required. Only one session is available through the semester.

    What’s next? This boot camp will answer all of those questions and more! This 3-hour Bootcamp will guide you through the process of developing and implementing a successful social media marketing strategy. 


    1. Beginners: (first hour)
    • Guide to a simple social marketing campaign 
    • Learn the anatomy of an email marketing campaign.
    • Set up your social media profiles on Facebook, Twitter, and/or Instagram (hands-on)
    1. Intermediate (Second hour)
    • Audit your existing profiles, learn to update and manage your brand presence 
    • Creation of an email campaign using Constant Contact (hands-on)
    • Demo of automation tools that save you time and money (hands-on)
    1. Advanced: (last hour)
    • Create a social media themed calendar that connects with customers (hands-on)
    • Learn how to showcase your products on Facebook (hands-on)
    • Learn the basic set up of paid or sponsored ad campaigns

    To make the most of the Hands-on segments you will have the opportunity to work on your own accounts, so come prepared with a laptop, graphics, logo, photos, video or other materials you want to share online.
