Vice President's Office The mission of the Division of Strategic Initiatives and University Relations is to plan, develop, implement and help facilitate progress on key strategic initiatives and campus-wide projects that advance William Paterson’s role in New Jersey as a comprehensive state university that provides an outstanding and affordable public higher education. The efforts and support provided across the division extend across the entire campus, as well as the surrounding community and beyond. The Division houses the Office of Institutional Effectiveness, the University-wide Budget office and the office of Government and External Relations.
