Work Orders The best way to report a work order concern is to use the QR code located on the flyers posted on the bulletin boards and by the office door. Residence Life will work to submit the concern to the PPO staff and have the issue addressed as soon as possible. Please note that the work order submissions are monitored periodically during business days. In the case of an emergent work order, please contact an office staff member or the RA on duty directly for assistance. Overview of our Apartment Residences Pioneer and Heritage Hall apartments house upper class and graduate students, 250 in each building, who are 20 by move in date. Students who reside in the Apartments are not required to be on a meal plan. Each apartment is occupied by four students, and is furnished with beds, desks and chairs, wardrobes, living room seating, and a dining table and chairs. Approximate size of a bedroom (shared) is 10' X 17'6". Both complexes are fully air-conditioned. All apartments have WiFi, and there are laundry rooms with free laundry machines and vending machines located in each building. Please remember that we are a smoke free campus and that no smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes are permitted in rooms, suites, hallways, or common areas. There are smoke detectors and fire prevention sprinklers in every room. The Apartments office is located in Pioneer Hall 106; phone 973-720-2600.
