MBA Ventures

The goal of the MBA program is to allow students to take their career to the next level and increase their overall leadership and business acumen through hands-on learning, trips to corporate business settings, and research opportunities.

MBA SITE VISITS (Made in New Jersey Series)

The MBA program annually offers trips to various corporations and companies. We set up guided tours for our students to learn about the brick and mortar functions in business. Most recently our MBA students conducted a tour of the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission and learned about what it takes to operate a $60 million facility.

Small Business Development Center Engagement

For MBA students who wish to pursue the entrepreneurship concentration, it is vital to gain fast and relevant work experience with businesses in the local community. Our SBDC works closely with local business owners to help them grow their business, increase value and longevity, as well as provide resources for common issues facing business today. MBA students who work with the SBDC will get first-hand exposure to industry, work directly with CEOs of companies, and develop their business planning and consulting skills.

MBA Free Will

Students who wish to take their MBA studies to the next level can take advantage of several ventures offered throughout the year. These include but are not limited to business concept competitions and the development of a marketing plan for MBA.
