The initial certification programs, both undergraduate and graduate in the Department of Teacher Education: PreK-12 , prepare the candidates with the knowledge, skills and credentials needed to successfully teach in New Jersey schools. The graduate MEd program provides certified teachers with the opportunity to enhance their professional knowledge and skills. All programs seek to develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes that will improve outcomes for all PreK-grade 12 children.
