Satisfaction of completers (Component 4.4 | A.4.2) BOTH The COE measures the satisfaction of its completers through its Alumni Survey. The Alumni Survey is intended to provide feedback to the COE on how alumni view their preparation for the profession 1-and 5-years after program completion. It was developed to measure the COE alumni: Level of satisfaction with their program, and Perception of their degree of preparation in content knowledge, pedagogical content knowledge and practice, professional responsibility and understanding learners. The majority of WP graduates 1-year out and 5-years out agree/strongly agree that they were able to effectively teach content; integrate curriculum content standards; guide and manage classroom behavior; integrate technology into instructional activities; use the lesson planning process effectively.
