Gatsheena Beauplan, BS Major: Public Health, Class of 2013 Position: Professional degree graduate student Agency: Howard University School of Law Gatsheena is currently a law student attending Howard University School of Law. Gatsheena plans on merging her Public Health background with her Juris Doctorate degree in hopes of influencing policy making and reform. Public health law examines the authority of the government at various jurisdictional levels in order to approve the health of the general population. Gatsheena wants to focus on disease and injury prevention by working with different organizations and corporations. Gatsheena strongly believes that law is a vital tool to public health.
