Christine Kelly, BS, BSN, RN, CHES Major: Health Education, Class of 2012 Position: Health Educator & Community Health Nurse Agency: Chilton Medical Center Position: Emergency Department Registered Nurse Agency: Clara Maass Medical Center After earning her degree in health education, Christine returned to school, eventually becoming both a Certified Health Education Specialist and a Registered Nurse. As a health educator and community health nurse, Christine uses her public health knowledge and nursing skills to enhance the health of Passaic and Morris County residents through active participation in health screenings, health education events, and health fairs. In this dual role, Christine participates in all levels of health promotion and disease prevention, combining her health education training and clinical intervention skills. Christine’s future plans include additional training in the fields of Advanced Practice Emergency Nursing and Epidemiology. (October, 2014)
