Provides self-help groups for parents under stress. 47 locations throughout New Jersey. Also available are parent materials, parent workshops, training for professionals, resource library, and volunteer service program. Parents Anonymous also sponsors HOPES (Healing Ourselves Physically, Emotionally, and Spiritually), self-help for adult survivors of any form of child abuse (call 800# for meeting locations).

Handles child abuse and neglect. DYFS works with family by providing case management service, foster care, group home and residential placements, camps etc. DYFS provides day care services to keep family together. Casework counseling is also available.

Part of a nationwide network dedicated to the prevention of child abuse. Projects aim to provide parenting education and support. The Every Person Influences Children Program (EPIC) offers parenting workshops. Other programs target at-risk or overburden families which include single, isolated parents, teen parents, and low-income families among other factors. Programs also include home visitation (Healthy Families and Parents as Teachers) as well as mentoring teens and teen parents (Parent Linking Project).
