Compensation for bargaining unit positions is governed by applicable contractual agreements.

  • State of NJ provided Health and Dental benefits - The state provides ten (10) health plans and five (5) dental plans for you to select from.  Faculty hired on September 1st will be exempt from the 60-day waiting period. All others are subject to a 60-day waiting period from date of hire.
