“Piano Men: The Music of Elton and Billy” will Join the William Paterson University Symphony for a Tribute Concert October 3 “Piano Men: The Music of Elton and Billy” will be featured with the William Paterson University Symphony for a performance of Elton John’s and Billy Joel’s music at 9 p.m. on Saturday, October 3, 2015. The performance will take place at the University’s Shea Center for Performing Arts on campus as part of the “WP Presents!” series. Tickets are $29 for front orchestra, $25 for rear orchestra/front loge, $20 for rear loge and $10 for William Paterson students. “Piano Men” is a tribute concert that will feature many hits by piano legends Billy Joel and Elton John: “Tiny Dancer,” “Don’t Go Breaking my Heart,” “New York State of Mind” and “Piano Men,” among others. It includes a four-piece pop group with Joe Boucher on piano and vocals. Also, the WP University Symphony, conducted by Sandra Dackow, adjunct music professor, will join the group for this performance.
