William Paterson University to Host Job Fair on Friday, August 21

William Paterson University’s Center for Continuing and Professional Education, the Passaic County One-Stop Career Center and additional partners are hosting a Job Fair on Friday, August 21, 2015, from 9 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the University’s 1600 Valley Road building in Wayne. Admission is free.

More than 25 companies from various industries have confirmed their attendance; a list can be viewed at http://www.wpunj.edu/cpe/grants/job-fair.html.

In addition, attendees can participate in three free workshops: “Using Social Media in Your Job Search,” “Nailing the Job: Resumes for the 21st Century,” and “How to Apply for Government Jobs.”

Partners for this event include:  William Paterson University Center for Continuing and Professional Education, Passaic County Workforce Development Center, William Paterson University Small Business Development Center, New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, Workforce Investment Board of Passaic County, Passaic County Community College, Passaic County Department of Human Resources, Passaic County Department of Planning and Economic Development, and New Jersey Chamber of Commerce.
