Two-Day Research and Scholarship Event on April 1 and 2, 2015 at William Paterson University Features Multidisciplinary Research from all Five Colleges and the David and Lorraine Cheng Library A host of new research projects, creative activity, and scholarship will be available for viewing and educational pleasure during the William Paterson University Research and Scholarship Days 2015 on Wednesday, April 1 at 2 p.m. in Ballroom B and Thursday, April 2, at 12:30 p.m. in the University Commons hallway. “This is an exciting opportunity to celebrate the scope of research currently being conducted on our campus by faculty and students,” says Warren Sandmann, provost and senior vice president for academic affairs. “We’ve expanded this year’s event to two days to showcase the quality and quantity of research topics. We invite everyone to stop by and join in the open and lively discussions.” More than 200 faculty, librarians, graduate and undergraduate students will hold 20 different poster sessions and dozens of oral presentations during the two-day event. A reception by the David and Lorraine Cheng Library and Office of Sponsored Programs recognizing new authors and award recipients will be held on Wednesday, April 1 at 3:30 p.m. in University Commons Ballroom C.
