Florence LaRue and the 5th Dimension to Perform at William Paterson University on December 13 The 5th Dimension, the award-winning vocal group, will perform their classic hits, including “Up, Up, and Away,” “Wedding Bell Blues,” “Stoned Soul Picnic,” “Last Night I Didn’t Get to Sleep” and “Aquarius.” They have performed on some of the world’s most prestigious stages, including the Royal Albert Hall in London, the Hollywood Bowl, the Greek Theatre and Radio City Music Hall. They continue to tour throughout the U.S., Europe and Asia. Florence LaRue, the founding member of the group and lead vocalist, will celebrate 50 years with the group in 2015. Among the group’s accolades; are 22 Top 40 hits and six Grammy Awards. They also were inducted into the Vocal Group Hall of Fame, the Grammy Hall of Fame for “Up, Up and Away” and “Aquarius/Let the Sunshine In,” and received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
