Cabaret Star Ann Hampton Callaway to Perform at William Paterson University on October 10

Ann Hampton Callaway, jazz and cabaret vocalist, will perform at 8 p.m. on Saturday, October 10, 2015, at William Paterson University in Wayne. The performance will take place at the University’s Shea Center for Performing Arts on campus.

Tickets are available at the Shea Center Box Office in advance at 973.720.2371 or wp.presents.org. Tickets are $55, which includes onstage seating featuring a dinner and dessert buffet and an open beer and wine bar. Dinner ticket holders should arrive at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $30 for the show only.

Ann Hampton Callaway is a multi-talented cabaret star who exerts her unique vocals as she intermingles jazz, pop and Broadway styles. Callaway is known for composing and singing the theme song to the TV show The Nanny and for her Tony nominated performance in the Broadway musical Swing! Callaway’s songs have also been featured on Barbra Streisand’s CDs.  Callaway has performed on many TV shows: The Today Show, Larry King Live, The Charlie Rose Show, The Oprah Winfrey Show, The Rosie O’Donnell Show and ABC News. Callaway devotes much time to humanitarian causes by performing and writing songs for charitable events.
