Faculty and Administrators from Hunan Normal University in China Visit William Paterson University to Learn About the American System of Higher Education

Twenty deans, professors, and administrators from Hunan Normal University in China are visiting William Paterson University for training in disciplines ranging from curriculum development to admissions to residence life administration  -- now through Monday, August 10, 2015.

The Chinese delegation is attending the workshop to learn best practices in managing a higher education institution.

The program will culminate in a reception to be held in University Commons Room 211 on Monday, August 10 at 3 p.m.

Through its reputation as a leading global financial institute, William Paterson has attracted a variety of delegations from China and other countries. The program is jointly managed by the University’s Cotsakos College of Business and Division of Student Development.

Interviews are available with representatives of Hunan Normal University and William Paterson, including Siamack Shojai, dean, Cotsakos College of Business, who is hosting the program. Interpreters will be available.
