Tuition and Fees Commuters: $899 tuition (all concert admissions, music fees, and entrance fee to a New York City jazz club) Residents: $1,384 (includes all of the above plus room and meals) Early “Bird” special: 10% discount for participants if registered and paid in full by May 31, 2017 For the Tuesday Jazz Club trip the $20 entrance charge is included in the tuition, however students are responsible for the $20 minimum food-and-drink charge. NOTE: $20 cash will be collected at Sunday check-in for the jazz club minimum food-and-drink charges. Additional food-and-drink purchased by the students should be paid for out of pocket. You may pay online by credit card or electronic check. Cancellation Policy: Notification must be received in writing at least five business days prior to the workshop to receive a full refund (minus $25 processing fee). If we receive less than five (5) business days’ notice, you can take another youth program during this summer session. NO credits or refunds will be given after the first day of the program. Space is limited to the following: 9 brass instrumentalists, 18 saxophonists, 9 guitarists, 9 pianists, 9 bassists, 18 drummers, and 6 vocalists. Registrations are accepted until the workshop is full. Once instrument categories are full, waiting lists will be established. Applicants will be notified if placed on a waiting list.
