Stephanie Trusty is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Englewood Public School District. Stephanie has eight years of experience working in the field of applied behavior analysis. Prior to her role, she worked as a Clinical Supervisor and Co-chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee at a non-profit organization that provides services for children and adults diagnosed with autism. Her current research interests include autism advocacy and actions to eliminate the disparities of historically marginalized groups within the neurodivergent community. Stephanie earned her A.S. in Exercise Science at Bergen Community College, B.S. in Public Health with a minor in Africana World Studies at William Paterson University, and M.A. in Professional Behavior Analysis at Florida Institute of Technology. Stephanie is a member of Cohort 3.

2022 - 2023

Webb

Nathan Webb is a teacher of music at Belleville Middle School. For more than ten years, he has served as an educator in New Jersey public schools. He is a seasoned Grammy-nominated international performer, having performed in eleven countries in Europe and toured in China, Mexico, Canada, and several states in the U.S. He was recently appointed to the Haledon Board of Education. Nathan’s research interests include arts advocacy, the relationship of music with other disciplines, and urban students of color. Nathan holds a B.M. in Music Certification and M.M. in Music Education from WPU. Nathan is a member of the first cohort of students enrolled in the Ed.D. program.

Ricigliano

Veronica Ricigliano is a Coordinator of Autism at Paterson Public Schools. Prior to this administrative role, she worked as a Special Education Teacher. She is currently certified as a Principal, Supervisor, Teacher of Pre-K – 3, Teacher of K -6, and Teacher of Students with Disabilities. Her current research interests include the impact COVID-19 has had on urban districts as well as the Special Education population. She earned her B.A. in Elementary and Special Education at Misericordia University, M.A. in ESL from Wilkes University, and M. Ed in Educational Leadership from St. Elizabeth University. Veronica is a member of Cohort 2.
