Harrassment, Intimidation and Bullying (HIB) Teacher candidates should check with his/her clinical educator or school principal to learn the HIB reporting procedures of the school district to which he/she is assigned. Every district should have a written policy on dealing with HIB. This is required by law; be sure to get a copy.
