Clinical Experiences Handbook

Teacher Candidate Clinical Experiences Handbook

The handbook is a guide for all teacher candidates participating in a College of Education clinical experience (practicum) and clinical practice (student teaching/residency) during the fall, spring or summer semesters as well as clinical educators -  clinical educators and clinical supervisors.  It includes the expectations and responsibilities of teacher candidates, clinical educators and clinical supervisors.

Make sure to review and refer to the handbook before and during each clinical experience. The handbook will be reviewed during a meeting between the clinical educator, clinical supervisor and the teacher candidate at the beginning of each clinical experience.
