INFORMATION FOR
ATTENTION NEW STUDENTS:
Fall 2025 students should be available to access GET Mobile by the second week of June.
For those newly enrolled at the University, it is required to have completed your registration process with the University and to have an active course schedule. If finalizing those steps have just occurred, it is possible that your records are still in the process of being generated.
If you receive a message while logging into GET Mobile stating that your "Login is successful, but we are unable to access your campus card account. Please contact support.", this is normal.
In this situation, please verify that your enrollment status with the University is complete and that you have an active course schedule for the upcoming semester. Once you have confirmed both statuses, please wait 48 hours and then try accessing your account again. Thank you for your patience.
If you are still having trouble accessing your GET account, please feel free to contact us at Hospitalityservices@wpunj.edu.
Hospitality Services now offers the William Paterson University community the ability to upload their ID photos online. You may do so from either a computer or a smartphone. Both Apple and Android platforms are supported.
