The English proficiency admissions requirement may be waived if you meet one of the criteria listed below: You are a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (Green card holder) You are a citizen of one of the countries listed below Graduate Students Students who attend(ed) a regionally-accredited college or university in the U.S. or U.S. territory with a minimum of one academic year (2 semesters or 3 quarters) of full-time enrollment, not including ESL classes Students who attend a university located in or that follows the curricula of one of the countries listed below (for example, American University of Beirut or Monash University Malaysia) reflecting a minimum of one academic year (2 semesters or 3 quarters) of full-time enrollment, not including ESL classes Please note that proof of English as the medium of instruction (MOI) is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
