The minor in Middle East Studies is an interdisciplinary program preparing students to understand and engage with a region of great cultural, economic, and political importance. To meet the requirements of the minor, students must take 6 courses from the list below, with courses from at least 3 different departments and no more than 3 courses in any one department. (All language courses are considered part of a single department.) Students doing relevant study abroad can count that coursework toward the minor.
