Corinne Datchi, PhD, ABPP

     Dr. Corinne Datchi is a board certified couple and family psychologist and her scholarship focuses on  family-based interventions to promote family resilience. Dr. Datchi’s interests include yoga, Buddhism, international travel, hiking, and detective novels.


Gihane Jérémie-Brink, PhD

     Dr. Gihane Jérémie-Brink is an Assistant Professor in the Graduate Program in Clinical and Counseling Psychology and studies the psychological well-being of Black emerging adults, women, couples and families. Her research on these topics explores racial and ethnic socialization, coping strategies, and critical consciousness as protective factors. She also collaborates with scholars across different universities on field-leading research working with Black couples and families. Dr. Jérémie-Brink is also the Co-Principal Investigator and Director of the WELL Program, a 5-year grant program that promotes the mental, physical, and spiritual well-being of Black and Latinx faith and community leaders.

     Dr. Jérémie-Brink enjoys teaching about theory, research, and therapeutic interventions in her graduate (Couple and Family Therapy; Group Interventions) and undergraduate (Introduction to Counseling and Psychotherapy; Love 101: How to Build Romantic Relationships that Last; Psychology of African Americans) courses. She serves in various leadership roles for APA’s Division 43 (Society for Couple and Family Psychology), Division 17 (Society of Counseling Psychology), and Division 35 (Society for the Psychology of Women).

     She engages in her community, giving talks and keynote addresses, leading workshops on mental health wellness, strengthening couple and family relationships, and prevention and intervention efforts in Black families. Dr. Jérémie-Brink’s Love Language is BBQ; she’s a movie trailer watcher (if that’s a thing), a lover of travel, and a fierce competitor in family dance offs.

Melissa Cambria, MA

     Melissa is a current graduate student pursuing her doctorate in Clinical Psychology at William Paterson University. Her research interests include neuropsychological aspects of human behavior, personality development, and relationship formation. Her hobbies include cooking, pilates, skincare, reading, learning how to speak Italian, and growing her garden. She also enjoys her time participating in subcommittees within professional psychology organizations.

Sidal Yurt

     Sidal is a current undergraduate honor's student in the Clinical Psychology and Neuropsychology Track at William Paterson University. Her research interests include depression, anxiety, parent-child conflict, and marital issues. Her hobbies are writing, traveling, learning about new cultures, and writing stories and poems. Since she is Turkish, she enjoys publishing her writing in Turkish magazines. She also enjoys writing articles about the psychology field.


Nathalia Rebolledo

     Nathalia is a current student pursuing her master's in Clinical & Counseling Psychology at William Paterson University. Her research interests include childhood development, specifically mindset theory, as well as diversity & inclusions, families, and couples. Her hobbies include thrifting, journaling, reading, painting/sketching, being a foodie, drinking coffee, and taking care of her plants & fish.

Mireya Perez

     Mireya is an undergraduate student majoring in Psychology and minoring in Biology at William Paterson University. Her research interests include the psychological development in adolescents and their relationship with their parental figures. Her hobbies are watching sport games like volleyball and baseball.
